Legia is going to test a player from Ghana

According to one of African websites, Legia’s board’s members invited a 17-year-old Asante Kotoko’s midfielder Albert Bruce to two-week tests. The Ghanian flew out away to Poland on Tuesday evening. He will be closely watched by Maciej Skorża and other members of Warsaw team’s coaching staff.
Moshe Ohayon will participate in Legia’s trainings

Moshe Ohayon came to Warsaw on Thursday morning. The footballer, who comes from Israel, also has French citizenship. He will take part in Legia’s trainings. He is 28 years old and can play as central midfielder. Contract with his former club F.C. Ashdod expired at the end of June. In the season 2010/2011 he appeared in 34 games scoring 17 goals. He has played in 10 matches for Israeli national team so far.
Matar Guèye tested by Legia

According to Legia’s official website, Wisła Płock’s Senegalese midfielder Matar Guèye is being tested by Legia’s coaching staff. The footballer, who is 24 years old, came to Warsaw team’s preparatory camp in Austria on Sunday morning. Guèye came to Poland in March 2011. Earlier, he used to play for ASC Mbaxaan Thiès.

Trochim goes to a camp with Sandecja

Wojciech Trochim is going to take part in Sandecja’s 10-day preparatory camp in Zakopane. The team from Nowy Sącz has been testing Legia’s midfielder for a couple of days. When the camp comes to an end, Sandecja’s board will make the decision if it buys Warsaw team’s footballer or not.
Iwański leaves Legia

Maciej Iwański left Legia’s preparatory camp in Ayia Napa (Cyprus) and went to Manisa (Turkey) to undergo some medical tests. According to Warsaw club’s official website, Legia’s board agreed all the terms of footballer’s transfer to Turkish Manisaspor. It is believed that the player should sign the contract with his new team today.
Zbozień will probably return to Legia

According to Sandecja’s official website, Damian Zbozień will probably return to Warsaw in the winter break. The player admittedly was sold to the club from Nowy Sącz but there’s a clause in his contract thanks to which Legia can bring him back to the capital of Poland.

During the conference before the match against GKS Bełchatów, Legia’s coach Maciej Skorża said few words about two tested players: Igor Prahić and Kamal Ibrahim. Prahić who was four days on tests in Legia isn’t going to sign contract with Warsaw team this year. "This footballer was a presentable player during trainings. We’ll be in touch with Prahić’s club and we’re going to watch him very closely.

Wawa Serges Pascal, ASEC Mimosas’s foster child, should come to Legia for tests. Nevertheless, there’s a question if the player manages to arrive in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, where Warsaw team has its preparatory camp at the moment, because he has some problems with visa. If the footballer from Ivory Coast doesn’t manage to apply for this visa within few days, he’ll join Legia while its camp in France where Warsaw players stay from 18th July to 1st August.

Dong became Legia`s player

25-year-old Chinese, Fangzhuo Dong, passed medical tests on Monday and signed a contract with Warsaw club. According to "Przegląd Sportowy", the contract has been concluded for eighteen months. Dong took part in both preparatory camps (in Spain and in Cyprus), played in seven matches and managed to score three goals.
Goran Mujanović tested by Legia’s coaching staff

Goran Mujanović is the first player who will be tested by Warsaw team’s coaching staff whilst the preparatory camp in Cyprus. NK Varteks’s footballer joined the team yesterday afternoon and took part in the afternoon training. The Croatian can play either as an offensive midfielder or as an attacker.

During Legia's first training in Cyprus there was present a player from Croatia, Goran Mujanović. He's apparently not the only footballer whom Legia’s staff is going to watch very closely in Ayia Napa. "Dong Fangzhuo should join us tomorrow" – said Warsaw team's coach, Jan Urban. Besides, Legia's lineup should be joined by a Zimbabwean, Peter Moyo, too.

Filip Mentel, 19-year-old Slovakian goalkeeper, participated in Legia's training on Tuesday. He was brought to Poland by Warsaw team's number one goalkeeper, Jan Mucha. "Filip was at Manchester City's school for footballers for four years. His contract expired and he’s looking for a new club now" – said "Muszkin". He'll be closely watched by Legia's coach of goalkeepers, Krzysztof Dowhań.

According to Slovakian media, Legia bought 16-year-old attacker, Marko Lukac. Young footballer of Partizan Bardejov is supposed to sign a two-year contract with Warsaw team. "I'm truly happy with move to Warsaw" – admitted the player. At first, Lukac is about to strengthen Young Legia. Slovakian attacker admits that thanks to his appearances in Poland he wants to be called up to the national team.

Jakub Wawrzyniak received from Greece written grounds for the decision of his one-year disqualification concerning taking illegal stimulants when he was Panathinaikos’s player. Document which was written in Greek has been translated into Polish. It means that the footballer will be able to begin the revocatory procedure in the face of the Sport Commission of Arbitration in Lausanne.
Resovia tests Damian Łanucha

Damian Łanucha, Legia's reserves midfielder is now being tested in Resovia Rzeszów (second division). Łanucha has played in two friendly matches in Resovia against Czarni Połaniec and Sandecja Nowy Sącz. We still don't know which club he will play next season. During 3 rounds in Legia's reserves he played 30 matches.
Wawrzyniak nabbed in doping tests; will he return to Legia?

It is possible that Jakub Wawrzyniak will return to Legia in the summer. Legia sold its left defender to Panathinaikos Athens, however there are some conditions which allow player to come back to Warsaw. The commotion is a result of the specific which was taken by Polish footballer to reduce his adipose tissue. The dope testing was positive. The second sample was also positive. "This was hard to expect a negative result" – said Wawrzyniak, who claimed that he hadn't been aware of the fact that the medicament he had taken had been forbidden.
